Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
Cancellation Before Dispatch
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by:
- Emailing us at swasimanager@gmail.com
- Contact us (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Once confirmed, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- If you still wish to refuse the delivery, please do so when the delivery is attempted. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated after inspection.
Cancellation by Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital
We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as:
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Violation of our terms and conditions
In such cases, full refunds will be processed immediately, and you will be notified via email or phone.
Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
Swasi Healthcare offers a 2-day free return or replacement for most products delivered, subject to the conditions below:
Eligible Return Conditions
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item
- The product packaging was tampered or seal broken upon delivery
- The item delivered is different from the product ordered
Ineligible Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product has been used, opened, or altered
- Original packaging is missing (includes box, tags, seals, labels, or accessories)
- The item was a free gift or promotional item
- Product was purchased under “No Return” or “Final Sale” tag
Steps to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact our Customer Care Team via email at swasimanager@gmail.com
- Mention your Order ID and the reason for return.
- Share images or videos clearly showing:
- The product issue (damage, wrong item, seal broken, etc.)
- The batch number, outer packaging, and invoice
- Once verified, we will schedule a pickup within 4–7 business days.
- Upon receiving the product at our facility in acceptable condition, we will process your replacement (subject to availability) or refund.
Refund Policy
We ensure your refund process is smooth and timely.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds are initiated within 2–5 working days from product inspection at our facility.
- Refund timelines vary depending on payment mode:
- Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refund to the same source within 2–5 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details (name, account number, IFSC) via email.
Refund Scenarios
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Order canceled before dispatch
- Delivery failed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
- Returned item is received in good condition and meets our policy
- Product replacement is not available
Partial Returns & Free Gift Policy
- Partial Returns: You can return one or more products from a multi-item order. However, each returned item must meet our return conditions.
- Returning a Free Gift: Any complimentary item included with your order must be returned with the main product. If the free item is not returned, the value may be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain health and personal care products may be non-returnable unless damaged or wrong.
- Return pickup may not be available at all pin codes. In such cases, you may be requested to self-ship the item. We will reimburse courier charges (with valid receipt).
- Repeated returns or return abuse may lead to denial of future return/refund requests or suspension of your account.
Replacement Process & Timelines
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Replacement orders are shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.
