How delivery and support work
Every order is handled with care, from quality checking and packaging to delivery at your shipping address.
1. How does the delivery process work?
Once you place an order on our website, it is promptly processed and subjected to a strict quality check. After approval, the products are carefully packed and handed over to our third-party logistics partners for swift delivery to your shipping address.
If the courier is unable to reach you due to unavailability or an incorrect address, our logistics partner will contact you to coordinate a suitable time or alternative arrangement.
We strive to ship all products in your order together. However, due to logistics or product availability, they may sometimes be shipped separately. All shipments will include an invoice and any applicable free gifts as per the offer.
2. How are the products packaged?
Every product is packed using bubble wrap for protection. Fragile items such as glass containers receive additional layers of secure packaging. After quality wrapping, products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and dispatched via our courier partners. Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital takes full responsibility for any damage occurring in transit.
3. Where does Swasi Healthcare ship?
We currently ship across India, covering most serviceable pin codes. You can verify delivery availability to your location by entering your pin code during checkout or on the product page. Service coverage may occasionally change based on our logistics partner updates.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's status. Registered customers can also log in to their account on our website and view their order status under “My Orders”.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery timelines usually range from 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location. While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or logistical constraints.

Delivery Issues
If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the courier will make two additional attempts. For rescheduling or further assistance, please contact our customer support. If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital.
